Purpose and description of the content of education:
The "Project Management" subject aims to provide students with practical knowledge and skills necessary to effectively plan, implement, monitor and close projects in various contexts, including the educational environment. The program covers basic concepts and phases of project management, from initiation and defining goals, through developing schedules and budgets, to managing resources, risks and communication. Students will learn popular project management methods, as well as tools supporting teamwork and monitoring progress. Emphasis will be placed on developing practical skills, such as creating project documentation, stakeholder analysis, effective problem solving and change management.
