Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module serves as a general, propaedeutic theoretical foundation and aims to introduce students to the scientific culture of the discipline of pedagogy, explain the sources and place of pedagogy in science, its function, significance, subject and methodological connections with other disciplines within the social sciences and humanities. It focuses on equipping students with knowledge and skills for critical analysis of pedagogical paradigms, the educational process and its methodological aspects, educational situations while taking into account the organization of the education system, the position of the school as a social institution supporting the development of the student/pupil in cooperation with their family as the primary educational environment.
