Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł wprowadza studentów w zagadnienia związane z zarządzaniem projektami, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem projektów w obszarze data science i sztucznej inteligencji. Uczestnicy poznają klasyczne i nowoczesne metodyki zarządzania projektami uczą się planowania działań projektowych, zarządzania zasobami, harmonogramowania, szacowania kosztów oraz identyfikacji ryzyk. W ramach zajęć studenci rozwijają także umiejętność pracy zespołowej oraz przygotowywania podstawowej dokumentacji projektowej. Zajęcia mają charakter praktyczny – duży nacisk kładziony jest na pracę w grupach projektowych, analizę przypadków i rozwiązywanie realnych problemów zarządczych.
