Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the module is to develop knowledge about the biological mechanisms that determine human functioning and to develop the ability to apply this knowledge in describing and explaining psychological phenomena. The content scope covers issues of physiology and genetics, reproductive behavior, functioning of nerve cells, biological systems of stimuli reception and regulation in relation to the norm and selected disease states.
