Purpose and description of the content of education: | The module aims to acquire knowledge and skills in identifying and critically evaluating the strengths and areas requiring improvement in group collaboration in the workplace. The module focuses on understanding critical factors of cooperation, such as trust, fairness, commitment, and acceptance of diversity. Students will discuss essential areas for team analysis: team structure, communication processes, decision-making, task allocation, workload, and team objectives and tasks. |
