Purpose and description of the content of education: | Moduł prezentuje zagadnienia związane z funkcjonowaniem rynku pracy oraz przedstawia wymagania stawiane pracodawcy i pracobiorcy, analizuje zmiany w systemach pracy i ich oddziaływania na dobrostan człowieka. Obejmuje przegląd stosowanych narzędzi badawczych w diagnostyce indywidulnej oraz w projektach realizowanych na rzecz organizacji (badanie dobrostanu, klimatu bezpieczeństwa, postaw wobec bezpieczeństwa). |
