Purpose and description of the content of education: | The subject "Family and Guardianship Opinions" is designed to introduce students to issues related to the provision of psychological opinions in the context of family and guardianship law. The main goal of this course is to prepare students to work effectively as court experts in family-related cases.
The main content of the course includes the analysis and evaluation of family situations that may require judicial intervention, such as divorce, child custody, adoption or child neglect situations. Students will learn psychological assessment techniques used in family contexts, such as structured interviews, observations of parental interactions and assessment of emotional bonds. They will learn about ethics in expert work and how to effectively communicate their findings to the court, the parties and other professionals.
The goal of the course is not only to acquire theoretical knowledge, but also to develop the practical skills necessary to professionally perform the role of a forensic psychologist in family and guardianship cases. |
