| Purpose and description of the content of education: | Students learn the importance of interpersonal communication in technical work environments, particularly in quality control and production management. Modern communication models and the specifics of communication in technical and interdepartmental teams are discussed. Particular attention is paid to communication channels and barriers typical of production and laboratory environments.
The module also covers the fundamentals of teamwork – team building, task allocation, collaboration, and conflict resolution. The course combines theory with practice: students develop verbal and nonverbal communication skills, negotiation, and teamwork through simulated work situations, and explore intercultural and remote communication. |
