Purpose and description of the content of education:
Student zdobywa wiedzę na temat przemian cywilizacyjnych, takich jak globalizacja, cyfryzacja, mobilność, przemiany środowiskowe, determinujących kształt współczesnego społeczeństwa. Student poznaje różnorodne koncepcje społeczeństwa i kultury oraz teorie współczesnej cywilizacji tłumaczące zmiany kulturowe, tożsamościowe i rolę, jaką w tych procesach odgrywają nowoczesne technologie. Student rozwija również umiejętności krytycznego wyszukiwania, analizowania i interpretowania źródeł informacji na temat globalnych i lokalnych procesów społecznych oraz ich reprezentacji w wytworach kultury. Student powinien dodatkowo posiąść wiedzę i umiejętności, umożliwiającą ocenę przemian cywilizacyjnych w kontekście organizowania różnych form działalności na rzecz rozwoju współczesnego społeczeństwa.
