Quantum Mechanics II Field of study: Physics
Programme code: W4-S1FZ19.2025

Module name: Quantum Mechanics II
Module code: W4-FZ-S1-6-23-24
Programme code: W4-S1FZ19.2025
Semester: summer semester 2027/2028
Language of instruction: Polish
Form of verification: exam
ECTS credits: 4
Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the lecture is to consolidate knowledge of quantum mechanics through its application to describe problems relevant to particle physics, nuclear, atomic and molecular physics, and condensed matter physics, such as elements of relativistic quantum mechanics, quantum scattering theory, motion in central and periodic fields, and elements of quantum many-body theory. The aim of the classes is to acquire skills in analyzing quantum systems based on the content presented in the lecture.
