Module code: W4-BF-S1-3-23-19A
Programme code: W4-S1BF19.2025
Semester: winter semester 2026/2027
Language of instruction: Polish
Form of verification: exam
ECTS credits: 3
Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module aims to familiarise students with basic issues of physiological processes and their mechanisms at the cellular level and the whole human body. The module will address and consolidate aspects of the body's water-electrolyte balance, the way signals are transmitted between tissues, the function of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, the mechanisms of hormones and their influence on the regulation of metabolism and homeostasis of the human body.
