Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem kształcenia w ramach modułu jest zapoznanie studenta_ki z kluczową wiedzą na temat negocjacji i uwarunkowań działania w sytuacjach szeroko rozumianego kryzysu. Student_ka zdobywa także wiedzę na temat diagnozowania potrzeb i zasobów interlokutora podczas prowadzenia negocjacji. W ramach modułu zapoznaje się także ze strategiami, technikami i taktykami negocjacyjnymi oraz przesłankami stanowiącymi o ich doborze.
