Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem kształcenia w ramach modułu jest przedstawienie praktycznych aspektów mediacji, wśród których znajdują się takie zagadnienia, jak: przygotowanie i organizacja przebiegu mediacji, diagnoza obszarów konfliktu, standardy i zasady prowadzenia mediacji, zastosowanie technik mediacyjnych, konstruowanie dokumentów mediacyjnych oraz badanie stopnia satysfakcji z wypracowanych przez uczestników mediacji rozwiązań. W ramach kursu studenci i studentki nabędą umiejętności w zakresie technik budowania relacji z klientami, kierowania przebiegiem rozmowy oraz wspierania uczestników mediacji w dążeniu do osiągnięcia porozumienia.
