Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem kształcenia w ramach modułu jest zdobycie przez studenta wiedzy na temat zasad efektywnej komunikacji i barier uniemożliwiających skuteczne porozumiewanie się. Student uczy się dostosowywać sposób komunikacji do potrzeb odbiorcy i sytuacji oraz prowadzić dialog w taki sposób, aby zapobiec nieporozumieniom i eskalacji konfliktu. Zdobytą w ramach modułu wiedzę i umiejętności potrafi wykorzystać w komunikowaniu się w sytuacjach kryzysowych.
