Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem kształcenia w ramach modułu jest zapoznanie studentów z następującymi zagadnieniami: style komunikowania, etyczne aspekty komunikacji interpersonalnej, relacje między komunikacją werbalną i niewerbalną, rodzaje zakłóceń w komunikacji interpersonalnej, zasady prowadzenia rozmowy, wywiadu, zasady komunikacji w grupie, typologia zachowań komunikacyjnych w sytuacjach konfliktowych, wywieranie wpływu i manipulacja w relacjach międzyludzkich, komunikacja międzykulturowa, przemówienie na forum publicznym oraz rola technologii w komunikacji międzyludzkiej.
