Purpose and description of the content of education:
The Integrated Quality Management Systems 1 module introduces students to integrated and standardized quality management systems, with a particular focus on ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001). Students learn how to read, interpret, and apply standard requirements, and are introduced to the process approach, risk management, and continuous improvement principles.
