Purpose and description of the content of education: | The Environmental Protection in Poland and the Implementation of EU Law is intended to enable students to familiarize themselves with environmental protection issues, the main legal acts related to its protection, and the implementation of European Union law into Polish environmental protection law. This should provide students with a better understanding of the connections between individual components of the natural environment (especially climate, terrain, the upper part of the lithosphere, and the aquatic environment) and the conditions for implementing its protection in industrial, urbanized, and agricultural areas, in relation to regional and global scales (climate change). The comprehensive nature of the module is intended to broaden knowledge about various types of state, local government, and social structures and institutions related to environmental protection and their competencies in this area, as well as the method of financing environmental protection in Poland.. |
