Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł ma na celu wyposażenie osób studiujących w podstawowy zakres wiedzy i umiejętności w obszarze kształtowania postaw prozdrowotnych i zdrowego stylu życia. Jego założeniem jest przybliżenie studentom teoretycznych podstaw edukacji zdrowotnej, modeli zdrowia, obszarów badań, ewaluacji procesu edukacji zdrowotnej ukierunkowanej na doskonalenie zdrowia fizycznego, psychicznego i społecznego, co z kolei ma sprzyjać podejmowaniu przemyślanych wieloaspektowych działań w zakresie diagnozy potrzeb, utrzymania i poprawy zasobów zdrowia dzieci i młodzieży, osób dorosłych, seniorów.

student/studentka zna i rozumie pedagogikę zdrowia jako subdyscyplinę pedagogiczną, jej przedmiot zainteresowań badawczych, analiz, jej funkcje oraz stosowaną metodologię; zna i rozumie terminologię używaną w pedagogice zdrowia (omawia pojęcie zdrowia i zdrowego stylu życia; pojęcie choroby, edukacji zdrowotnej (kształcenie i wychowanie), umiejętności życiowych, diagnozy społecznej, kompensacji, wsparcia społecznego, profilaktyki i promocji zdrowia); ma kompleksową wiedzę z zakresu historii kształtowania się koncepcji zdrowia w Polsce i na świecie oraz rozumie jej źródła, a także zna współczesną filozofię zdrowia oraz rozumie powiązania między różnymi aspektami zdrowia (fizycznego, psychicznego, społecznego, seksualnego i środowiskowego) a czynnikami wpływającymi na ich kształtowanie [PE-EZ-S1-WPZ_W_1]
