Purpose and description of the content of education: | The module familiarizes students with the principles of real estate management, including those belonging to the State Treasury and local government units. Administrative and legal mechanisms used in real estate management are presented. The characteristics of the real estate market and its segmentation are discussed. Housing resources and prices on the real estate market are presented. Students learn about data sources related to the real estate market. |
