Purpose and description of the content of education: | The student learns about the complexity of the city's functioning as a result of mutually complementing demographic, social, functional and
spatial structures. The student understands the mutual interpenetration (interactions) of urban processes and structures. Understands the need for a multidisciplinary approach
to the city's space in order to effectively solve social, cultural and spatial problems, organize and manage urban space, create the city's image outside. Students learn about the functioning of institutions managing various spheres of city life and gain practical skills consisting in the use of GIS methods in research on urban structures |
