Purpose and description of the content of education:
Optional module II is intended to enable students to expand their knowledge of cartographic forms of presenting natural phenomena based on GIS applications. These skills constitute an essential workshop for people with a natural science education in order to communicatively convey the results of their field research and desk work. It also familiarizes students with the basic assumptions of geophysical methods used in environmental research (e.g. areas related to the occurrence of permafrost.
