Purpose and description of the content of education: | The aim of the module is to familiarize the student with the use of GIS tools offered on the Internet and the R software language, which is increasingly used in studies on meteorology and climatology. As part of the module, the student learns in a practical way how to use GIS research techniques and tools in meteorology and climatology available on the Internet. Additionally, the student acquires basic programming skills in the R language, in order to then describe phenomena and analyze meteorological and climatological data. |
