Purpose and description of the content of education:
Methodological training, determination of a scientific concepts and realization of assumed research tasks, systematic growth of specialist knowledge, gathering the necessary materials and data, preparation of the first master's thesis chapter.

student has an extended knowledge about the principles of research planning with the application of research techniques and tools used in geographic sciences, well knows a selected methods and tools, including techniques for data acquisition and processes modelling, as well as identifies the most important regularities, applies advanced techniques and research tools in the field of geographic sciences [W2-GF-S2-216 _1]
