Purpose and description of the content of education: | The aim of the module is to familiarize the student with the specificity of contemporary hydrological research, its interpretation and the research materials used in them (with particular emphasis on tools for accessing sources of hydrological information), changes in water circulation in conditions of strong anthropogenic pressure (their recognition and assessment). The module also aims to familiarize the student with the impact of rivers on the natural and cultural environment, forms of the cultural space of the river as well as with issues related to the renaturalization and revitalization of the surface hydrographic network and the importance of these processes in the economic and tourist use of waterways. |
