Purpose and description of the content of education:
The subject aims to introduce the methodological foundations of modern geography, concerning its basic concepts and notions, the object and subject of research, structure, place in the system of sciences, relations with other sciences, theoretical, practical and ideological significance in human life, discovering the essence of various scientific and research approaches, showing ways of approaching solving scientific problems, as well as showing the history of the development of geographical thought from ancient times to the present day.
