Purpose and description of the content of education: | The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the causes and effects of anthropopressure on tourism; to discuss the principles of sustainable development in relation to tourism – standards and regulations in the field of tourist development; assessment of the impact of tourist investments on the environment; sociological foundations of tourism as a possibility of creating sustainable tourism in the cultural layer; the European Landscape Convention and other legal acts regulating the relations between tourism and the natural environment. |
