Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the module is to familiarize the student with the possibilities of applying the results of meteorological and climatic research in various areas of human life and activity (such as agriculture, transport, construction, recreation and sports, spa treatment) in order to improve living conditions and prevent threats from the natural environment. The student acquires the ability to study meteorological and climatic conditions in terms of their impact on various areas of human life and activity. Is able to assess meteorological conditions from the point of view of threat to humans.
