Purpose and description of the content of education:
Master's fieldwork allows students to become comprehensively familiar with the research area selected for the implementation of the master's thesis, under the scientific supervision of the supervisor. Preparation and implementation of field methods for collecting basic data, through observations, measurements, field verification of data from various sources, including remote sensing and statistics, mapping phenomena and processes within the geographical environment. Fieldwork is carried out under the direct supervision of the supervisor, but also independently by the student. Master's fieldwork allows for the collection of necessary field, archival and documentation materials, including photographs, for the master's thesis.
