Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł ma na celu przygotowanie studentów do konstruowania ugody mediacyjnej w sprawach rodzinnych, a także w sprawach o podział majątku wspólnego małżonków. Zadaniem modułu jest przygotowanie studentów do udziału w końcowych negocjacjach stron i zamknięciu konfliktu. Dzięki pracy nad aspektami i sposobami osiągania formalnej ugody, w trakcie modułu przyswajane są umiejętności stopniowego zbliżania stanowisk stron oraz przechodzenia od negocjacji do porozumienia.
