Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł ma umożliwić studentowi poznanie psychologii konfliktu w sprawach rodzinnych, dzięki czemu możliwe jest skuteczne dopasowanie sposobów reagowania na sytuacje trudne w mediacji. Moduł pogłębia umiejętności miękkie niezbędne w pracy mediatora. Student ma możliwość dalszego doskonalenia umiejętności kreatywnego wspierania stron w pracy nad satysfakcjonującymi rozwiązaniami.
