Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł ma umożliwić studentowi: poznanie istoty mediacji rodzinnych, rozróżnianie pomiędzy mediacją a innymi metodami rozwiązywania i rozstrzygania sporów cywilnych, dostrzeżenie różnic pomiędzy mediacją rodzinną a innymi formami pomocy skonfliktowanej rodzinie, rozpoznanie obszarów zastosowania mediacji w sporach rodzinnych i ewentualnych przeciwwskazań do mediacji, nauczenie się, jakie role pełni mediator i jakie może stosować strategie, poznanie przepisów prawnych dotyczących rozwodu i separacji, nabycie wiedzy o prawnych i organizacyjnych aspektach funkcjonowania procedur mediacyjnych, dostrzeżenie złożoności procesu rozwodowego z punktu widzenia uczestniczących w nim małżonków jako odrębnych jednostek oraz z punktu widzenia zmian, przez które muszą przejść oboje małżonkowie i ich dzieci.
