Purpose and description of the content of education:
W ramach modułu szczególny nacisk zostanie położony na przepisy odnoszące się do postępowania karnego w sprawach nieletnich. Podjęte zostaną również inne przepisy odnoszące się do konkretnych przestępstw przeciwko rodzinie i wybranych przestępstw przeciwko życiu i zdrowiu. Przybliżone zostaną również takie zagadnienia jak formy przestępstw, procedura postępowania karnego, uczestnicy postępowania karnego, organy wymiaru sprawiedliwości i ścigania karnego, proces, wyrok, kary i inne środki karne stosowane za konkretne przestępstwa oraz procedura postępowania odwoławczego. Realizacja założeń modułu ma przyczynić się do zapoznania studenta ze wskazanymi podstawowymi przepisami prawa karnego oraz pogłębienia umiejętności interpretacji przepisów prawnych we wskazanym zakresie w sytuacji konieczności prowadzenia rozmów na te tematy (np. w poradniach życia rodzinnego lub w ramach prowadzenia przedmiotu wychowanie do życia w rodzinie).
