Purpose and description of the content of education:
During the teaching practice, the student's didactic competences are shaped by: 1) performing the role of a teacher, in particular planning lessons, formulating goals, selecting methods and forms of work and teaching resources, organizing and conducting lessons based on independently developed scenarios 2) learning about the didactic tasks carried out by the school, its functioning, work organization, employees, participants in pedagogical processes and the documentation kept; 3) observing: a) activities undertaken by the practice supervisor during the lessons they conduct, b) interpersonal and social communication processes in the classroom, their regularities and disruptions, c) methods of activating and disciplining students and differentiating the level of activity of individual students, d) methods of assessing students, e) methods of assigning and checking homework, f) the dynamics and social climate of the class, the roles played by students, the behavior and attitudes of students, 4) cooperating with the practice supervisor in order to: a) expand their didactic knowledge and develop educational skills b) deepen their ability to analyze pedagogical situations and events observed and experienced during the teaching practice.
