Thermodynamics part 2

Module name: | Thermodynamics part 2 |
---|---|
Module code: | KN-F-S2-T-CZ2 |
Language of instruction: | Polish |
Form of verification: | course work |
ECTS credits: | 3 |
Purpose and description of the content of education: | As part of the module, students will participate in workshops with demonstrations illustrating the laws and principles of physics presented during classes. The aim of the workshop is to familiarize students with issues related to the thermodynamic system, the principles of thermodynamics, the theory of phase transitions and transport phenomena. The content implemented as part of the module is consistent with the current, extended core curriculum of physics applicable in high school.
The aim of the workshop is to acquire the ability to theoretically and practically use physical concepts in the field of thermodynamics to describe phenomena occurring in nature, to notice their presence in the world around us, to solve problems using the appropriate laws and relationships of physics, to plan and conduct observations, experiments and to draw conclusions. |
