Electricity and Magnetism part 2

Module name: Electricity and Magnetism part 2
Module code: KN-F-S2-EM-CZ2
Language of instruction: Polish
Form of verification: course work
ECTS credits: 3
Purpose and description of the content of education:
As part of the module, students will participate in workshops accompanied by demonstrations illustrating the physical laws and principles presented during the classes. The goal of the workshop is to familiarize students with topics related to electrostatics, electric current, magnetic fields, alternating current, electrical and magnetic properties of matter, and electromagnetic waves. The content covered in the module aligns with the current, expanded physics curriculum for secondary schools. The aim of the workshop is to develop both theoretical and practical skills in applying physical concepts within the fields of electricity and magnetism to describe phenomena occurring in nature, recognizing their presence in the surrounding world, solving problems using the appropriate physical laws and relationships, as well as planning and conducting observations, experiments, and drawing conclusions.
