Purpose and description of the content of education: | The module is intended to shape the awareness of historical and stylistic changes in modern art (19th/19th and the first half of the 20th century) and to allow for understanding the complicated situation of old artistic culture, including the ability to receive and analyse works of art as texts of culture and to analyse their formal structure, understanding art in the context of current events, awareness of definitional difficulties and strategies for defining an artistic product, methodological determinants of discourse, knowledge of facts, the ability to problematically look at the history of art and the stylistic and chronological assessment of the work |
