Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module is designed to enable the student to acquire knowledge of the principles and techniques used in tourist service from the point of view of a tour guide and tourist group pilot, as well as the ability to carry out tourist events of various types and serve tourists at various stages of a tourist trip. The student will practice the formation of habits of cultural customer service based on the principles of professional ethics. The student will learn to take care of the quality of tourist service. He or she will become familiar with the ways of communication with the group.
