Purpose and description of the content of education:
W ramach modułu studenci zdobędą wiedzę z zakresu zarządzania strategicznego biblioteką jako instytucją kultury. Realizacja modułu ma sprawić przede wszystkim, by student potrafił zastosować teorię w praktyce, umiał zastosować metody analizy strategicznej w działalności biblioteki, opracować misję, wizję oraz strategię instytucji. Celowi temu służy wykorzystanie metod aktywizujących studentów oraz analizowanie i krytyczna ocena licznych przykładów działań podejmowanych przez biblioteki różnych typów.

Student ma szczegółową wiedzę o zarządzaniu strategicznym biblioteką jako instytucją kultury. Student zna zaawansowane metody i narzędzia wyszukiwania, selekcji i analizy informacji na potrzeby procesu zarządzania strategicznego biblioteką. [ZSB03_01]

Student potrafi zastosować różne metody analizy strategicznej biblioteki, opracować misję i wizję instytucji, przygotować strategiczny plan działania biblioteki. Potrafi analizować różnego typu dane, wyciągać na ich podstawie wnioski i identyfikować ewentualne problemy w zarządzaniu biblioteką. Posiada umiejętność samodzielnego planowania pracy w bibliotece, potrafi współpracować z innymi przy projektowaniu i wdrażaniu strategii działania biblioteki. [ZSB03_02]
