Purpose and description of the content of education: | In this module, students will acquire knowledge in the development of the market for traditional and electronic book distribution. They will learn about the organization of book trade entities in the book market and the secondary book market, and they will know how to apply standards and norms related to the work of booksellers and wholesalers. They will be able to determine current trends in the book market and on this basis engage in cooperation with other market entities, conduct an analysis of the book trade assortment, and carry out marketing activities. The implementation of the module is intended to allow the student to learn about the bookseller's workshop (portals, vortals, information about fairs, competitions, and the presence of books in various types of media). |
