Purpose and description of the content of education: | The module introduces students to effective operation in culturally diverse environments through creative thinking, uncovering stereotypes and their sources, identifying similarities and differences between cultures, and highlighting the benefits and dangers of intercultural contacts. Students gain knowledge about the role of cultural factors in managing information processes, also in the economic dimension. They learn about the principles of international programs for students like ERASMUS as an element of preparing them for actions in the global job market in multicultural teams. The objective of the classes is the practical development of cultural synergy based on diversity. |
