Purpose and description of the content of education:
In this module, students will gain knowledge about the formation of forms of the printed book in the 19th and 21st centuries. They will explore issues related to the circulation of printed books: authors, publishers, printers, censorship, bibliophiles, bookbinders. Upon completion of the module, students will also be able to use terminology related to the evolution of the book and apply it to the description of bibliological processes in the context of the directions of development of book science and knowledge from the humanities and social sciences.
