Purpose and description of the content of education: | This module aims to impart knowledge on the editing of contemporary publications for young audiences, their typology, and distinctive features, considering the historical context. Theoretical information will facilitate the typology, characterization of various forms of texts for children and youth, and their evaluation. Consequently, students should also be aware of the continuous processes shaping distinct editorial features of books and magazines aimed at young readers. They should also be cognizant of the transformations in forms of publications for young audiences under the influence of widespread media and telecommunications. |
