Purpose and description of the content of education:
The subject of control and audit proceedings aims to familiarize the student with the principles and legal institutions of these proceedings. It includes an analysis of the general principles of the indicated proceedings. It shows the basic institutions and legal structures related to these proceedings, and also takes into account the broadly understood institution of control in administrative law.
