Purpose and description of the content of education:
The purpose of this lecture is to introduce the audience to property valuation issues, beginning with a discussion of basic concepts. The lecture will be divided into two parts, the first of which will deal with possible approaches to property valuation and the possible methods and techniques of valuation to be used. The second part of the lecture will discuss the legal status of the valuer, i.e. the person who professionally deals with real estate valuation, and the legal nature of the valuation report. The basic (theoretical) considerations will be supplemented by a discussion of issues that arise in practice or are central to it.
