Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the lecture is to provide an extended presentation of the legal basis and structure of access to the provision of classified information and its protection, which is an exception to that adopted in Art. 61 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, subjective law. Students participating in the lecture become acquainted with the sources of the right to public information (domestic and international), the legal regulation of information sharing and the protection of classified information, which is an important element guaranteeing public security, including inspection proceedings. The course will include, among others: - the concept and forms of sharing classified information, - competences of state security services in the field of information protection, - proceedings questioning the granting of the clause, - inspection proceedings (scope, course, effects), - rules for conducting verification proceedings, - forms of protection of classified information.
