Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the course, by definition, is to complement and broaden the knowledge of the student of administration in the field of interpretation and application of administrative law. In the course of the course the student is introduced to the concepts of interpretation theory, interpretation directives and interpretation strategies, including the evolution of views in this matter, taking into account the specificity of administrative law. The student is also to acquire the ability to use the acquired knowledge in practice, in particular in the field of reading the legislator's intentions. It includes both the ability to identify problems arising in the course of interpretative actions, to determine acceptable interpretative possibilities, as well as to formulate and justify, and then to defend, one's own position on the interpretation of law. The subject is tailored to the needs of students of administration, which is reflected, among other things, in extensive reference to case law of administrative courts in the course of its implementation.
