Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the module is to provide the student with knowledge regarding the risk of criminal liability related to improper performance of professional duties by a public official and knowledge about the categories of risk of an attack on a public official. Therefore, passing the course means having - based on elementary knowledge of the general part of the Penal Code - on the one hand, orientation as to the characteristics of individual types of prohibited acts serving to protect the activities of state and local government institutions, and on the other hand, the ability to summarize individual factual situations into the appropriate penal provisions.
