Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the module is to discuss commercial law and its place in the system of applicable law. The aim of the course is to discuss the following issues: Characteristic features of trade. Legal methods of regulating economic turnover. International trade law. Sources of commercial law. Principles of starting and running a business. Company law
