Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the module is to deepen students' basic legal knowledge in the field of practical aspects of the functioning of local government, which were not covered at earlier stages of learning. After completing the course, the student should have in-depth knowledge of legal acts in the field of local government law. The student should learn the principles of operation of local government bodies, the rights and obligations of councilors, the principles of operation of the auxiliary apparatus of local government bodies, as well as the organization of their work. The student should also have basic knowledge of the legal status of local government employees. They should also be able to independently, comprehensively analyze legal provisions in the discussed area and be able to apply them in practice. The module is tailored to the needs of an administration student.
