Purpose and description of the content of education:
The main assumption of the subject is to present the issues related to local law acts, including an analysis of the basic principles of their enactment and validity in light of current legal regulations. The issues discussed include the types of local law acts, the entities authorized to enact them and the procedure for their enactment. The lecture also includes a presentation of the legality of the law-making activities of local bodies, presentation of the causes and consequences of the loss of validity of local law acts. The classes are designed to familiarize students with the rich dogmatic and normative material in the subject area. They will allow to apply and use in practice the acquired knowledge of local government and administrative legislation.
